Ingredients
eggs, mayonnaise, celery, scallions
Directions
boil eggs about 10 minutes; run cold water over them, peel, cut up. Add mayonnaise, celery, scallions (if desired), salt and pepper or Mrs. Dash to taste. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
