Gooey Carrot Cake

Ingredients
Carrot Cake mix1 large egg1 stick unsalted butter meltedfilling2 cups powdered sugar3 large eggs2 8oz pack of cream cheese softened1 stick unsalted butter melted1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together carrot cake mix, 1 large and 1 stick melted butter. Press mixture into bottom of a greased 13x9 in pan.
Make filling by mixing 3 large eggs, softened cream cheese, vanilla, and unsalted butter. Slowly add 2 cups of powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Pour mixture over the carrot cake base in pan.
Bake for 40-50 minutes. Center will be gooey. Do not over bake
