5-6 plum/roma tomatoes6-9 ozs grape tomatoes 1/2 cup finely diced red onion1-2 jalapenos about 1/2 cup or juice from 2-3 fresh limessalt and pepper to taste

De-seed jalapenos then finely dice
finely dice onion
Press the garlic or finely chop
juice the limes
salt and pepper to taste
mix all the ingredients together
Let sit for a few hours in the fridge to bring all the flavors together
