3-5 chicken breasts3 tbsp light butter2 cans cream of chicken soup1 can chicken broth1 onion, diced1 tbsp dried parsley1 small can refrigerated biscuits (flaky - 4 or 5 biscuits)
1. Place chicken in crockpot, followed by butter, soup, broth, onion, and parsley. Cook on high 4-6 hours.
2. Shred chicken with fork.
3. Cut biscuits into pieces (9-15, depending on desired size). Cook 30 minutes more.
