Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
1 garlic clove1 c cooked or canned chickpeas1 tsp sea salt3 tbsp tahini (ground sesame seeds)3 tbsp lemon juice (or juice from 1 lemon)1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 c (or 110 g) roasted red peppers**I use the ones in the jar from Dollar Tree with the label that reads "Fire Roasted Red Peppers Breckenridge Farms"
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or NutriBullet/Magic Bullet and pulse until smooth. Serve chilled. Store in an air-tight container.
