Pinterest Kickin Cashew Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 onion, chopped2tablespoon tomato paste.5 cup cashews1tsp chili powder1 tablespoon lemon juice1tablespoon oil1lb of chicken, cubed
Directions
Mix all ingredients up through oil with mixer.
Heat oil in large pan over medium heat. Once mixture is cooking, add chicken and cashews.
Add 1 1/4 cup water to mixture, cover and let simmer for 10mins or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Serve over rice or noodles, not in calories.
