Lentil Chili

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. canola oil1 medium onion, chopped1/2 green bell pepper, chopped4 cloves garlic, minced1 cup lentils1 cup bulgur3 cups chicken broth3 cups (2 cans) petite cut diced tomatoes 1 cup water2 Tbsp. chili powder1 Tbsp. cumin1/4 tsp. cayenne pepperblack pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper in oil until soft. Add garlic & saute until fragrant. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until lentils are tender.
