1/3 c. (1 scoop) whey protein powder, vanilla or chocolate1 egg, beaten1 T. applesauce1/2 t. baking powderpinch of saltcinnamon to taste
Mix as for regular pancakes. I used butter in my pan, but you may use non-stick spray. friy like normal pancakes, flipping once.
