1 can of garbonzo beans3 tbs olive oil3 cloves garlic1tbs tahiniPaprika and ground pepper
1. Take out blender or food processor
2. Juice one lemon
3. Chop up 3 cloves of garlic (doesn't need to be minced)
4. Rinse 1 can of garbonzo/chic peas
5. place chic peas, lemon juice, garlic, 3tbs of olive oil, and 1tbs of tahini into blender
6. Blend until desired consistency
7. Place into a bowl with a lid, drizzle with olive oil and paprika.
8. Enjoy with crackers or veggies
Serving Size: makes about 2 cups of hummus
