Sweet coated Almonds

Ingredients
1 kilo Almonds50 Gramm Sugar50 Gramm powdered/Icing Sugar
Directions
boil water and add the almonds.
Peel them and put them on a baking tray

dry the almonds in the oven and allow them to roast a bit

take a non sticking pan and add the granulated sugar
caramelize the sugar slowly (but it shouldn't be brown!)

Add the hot almonds and stir until every almond his coated.

Take a big bowl with a GOOD fitting lid.

Half the icing sugar in the bowl, half the almonds in the bowl, put on the lid and shake well - until every almond is coated and separated. It might be necessary to add a bit more icing sugar.
Repeat with the rest.

Allow to cool on a baking tray. After store in a dry and cold place.
