Ingredients
Sweat garlic and onion in a pan misted with olive oil. Add beans and mushrooms. When mushrooms begin to give off liquid add tomatoes and stir, add bunch of fresh spinach and gently place lid over the top. With heat on medium low let spinach wilt and voila', you're done. Serve over steamed brown and wild rice.
