Scrambled tofu

Ingredients
Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm, 349 grams Garlic powder, 1/2 to 1tsp *Onion powder, 1/2 to 1tsp Turmeric, ground, 1/2 to 1 Tbsp Parsley, dried, 1.5 tsp Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian 1/2 Tbsp *Bragg's Liquid Amino - 1/2 tsp 1 to 3 tsp chicken-like seasoning of your choice
Directions
1. Preheat large nonstick skillet
2. Drain and rinse tofu. Chop and mash with into frying pan.
3. Sprinkle all seasonings over tofu. Mix well.
4. Stir occasionally. Cook until most of moisture has disappeared. Serve fresh and hot.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and tomato wedges if desired.
