2 apples, peeled and chopped2 cups skim milk2 1/2 cups water2 cups oats1 1/2 T. packed brown sugar1 scoop vanilla protein powder1) Cook chopped apple in saucepan over medium heat until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.2) Add milk and water, heat over medium-high heat until very hot, not boiling.3) Add oats, turn heat to low and cover, stirring frequently, cooking until thickened. (If begins to bubble, leave cover off while stirring).4) Add brown sugar, protein powder, and cinnamon.
