Crusted Almond Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
8 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Thighs1/2 C. Almond Flour1/4 C. Blue Diamond Butter Toffee AlmondsGinger, Salt, Pepper to taste
Directions
Grind Almonds in a food processor until fairly fine.
Mix ground almonds, almond flours and seasonings
Whisk eggs and add seasonings.
Season chicken with salt & pepper, coat chicken with egg mixture and then almond flour mixture.
I use a nuwave oven and it takes about 8 minutes per side. You could put in a 400 degree oven and bake for around 20 minutes also.
