Ingredients
1 (15 oz.) can Black Beans Drained1/2 Cup Egg Beaters1/2 Cup Apple Sauce1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder1 pinch of Salt2 tsp Vanilla Extract3/4 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking1 tsp Instant Coffee1/2 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 F
Lightly spray 8" x 8" baking dish with canola cooking spray
1) Combine Black Beans, Egg Beaters, Apple Sauce, Cocoa Powder, Salt, Baking Powder, Vanilla, Splenda and Instant Coffee in a food processor or blender, blend until smooth, pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the Chocolate Chips over the top of the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven until the top is dry and edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan. About 30 Minutes.
Let cool 1 hr before serving

    Surprisingly good. Made it as per recipe and had my doubts because I cant stand aftertaste of lo cal foods. This was excellent...just the right flavor of chocolate.for me...deeper than milk chocolate...good texture. Will make again. - 12/11/16
