Ingredients
1 10 oz container of Philadelphia Cooking Creme1/2 a bag of Allegra Rotini Pasta4 Chicken thighs de-boned with skin removed (you can use any type of chicken available removed from the bone)2 tbsp of canola oil1 c of 2% milk (or whatever kind you like but it will change the nutritional value of the dish)Seasonings for the chicken and dish as a whole
Directions
After de-boning the chicken sautee it in the canola oil until no longer pink. While this is cooking boil the rotini until done. Once the chicken is done cooking set it to the side until the noodles are done. Once the noodles are done add the cooking creme along with one cup of milk. Mix until the creme and noodles are mixed well add any seasoonings to taste then add the chicken and mix until well blended. Goes great with some garlic bread or a veggie!
