3 Large Egg from the chicken coop1/4 C Mushrooms, chopped1/4 C Onions, chopped1 Turkey Sausage, Brown 'n Serve1 piece Jalapeno String CheeseJalapeno pepper, chopped1 Tbsp Bacon Grease
Heat Bacon grease in Cast Iron Skillet.
Saute Onions/Mushrooms/Jalapeno peppers in hot grease.
Whisk eggs in seperate bowl.
Add eggs to pan with sauted veggies.
Let egg set.
LIft edges of egg to let liquid egg drain underneath.
Add string cheese in strips.
Fold egg over.
Turn off heat.
Cover with lid to keep warm until you are ready.
Serve on your good plates and grab your coffee
