Blueberry Almond Bars

Ingredients
1 C Liquid egg whites (egg beaters are ok)1 C rolled oats2 C blueberries (or fruit of choice)1/4 C Flax seedSplenda to taste1/2 C slivered almonds
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except almonds and and spread in a 9x12 non stick pan. (add cooking spray if you must - I prefer to use parchment paper)
Sprinkle alonds on top.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
After 25 minutes remove from over and cut into 12 bars
Place bars on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 400 for 5-10 minutes until nuts are browned
