*Measure out 2 cups of iceberg salad in a bag*slice up about half a tomato*thinly slice .25 of a small red onion *peel and dice up half a med cucumber*take 4 small strawberries and a slice *4oz tender loin rubed with rosemary and crushed garlic baked and chopped
mix all veggi's and sliced strawberries in a bowl.
now take tender loin and rub it with a crushed garlic clove on both sides and with the dried rosemary and bake at 325 degrees for about 30 min. take out cool and dice up and add to the salad.
