Ingredients
Whole wheat flourSaltBaking PowderBaking sodaSunflower seedsPumpkin SeedsEggsSugarGrated zucchiniShredded CarrotsVegetable oilCooked quinoa
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients except sugar. Mix sugar, eggs, vegetables and oil. Mix wet into dry until barely mixed.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 17 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
