Mini Peach Cobbler

Ingredients: ½ cup sugar 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder a dash of salt 6 tbs. milk Ό cup of melted butter 1 tbs. brown sugar 1 tbs. cinnamon 2 diced peaches
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Put 1 tsp of melted butter into each regular size muffin tin.
3. Combine the first 5 ingredients by hand sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
4. Put 2 tbsp of batter into each regular size muffin tin on top of the melted butter.
5. Put 1 tbsp diced peaches on top of the batter.
6. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
7. Bake for 12 minutes.
8. Let them cool for 3 minutes. Use a butter knife to loosen the edges then lift them out and place on small plates to serve.
Serving Size: Makes 6 mini cobblers
