Quinoa Porridge (Made with Coconut milk)

Ingredients
2 Cups Quinoa1 Can Coconut milk3 cups water1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Tsp each of Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg2Tbsp Coconut flake (optional) 1T Honey
Directions
soak quinoa in water for about 5 minutes, strain and put quinoa in a pot with the coconut milk and the water. Simmer and add spices and vanilla extract. Top with coconut flakes and honey
