Because it's so difficult to clean a coffee grinder, I use a mortar and pestle to grind spices. This also makes it easier to get exactly the texture I want. - 5/27/12

I used this with lime juice and olive oil as a marinade/rub on flank steak and it was sensational. - 6/8/12

Always looking for good, salt-free seasonings. But, I think the calorie count is wrong for 1 serving. If 1 TBSP flavors 1 pound of protein, that's really at least 4 servings. Most servings of protein are 3-4 ounces. I wouldn't even count calories for the seasoning. - 5/27/12

This is my new go to for chicken fajitas. I love it. I also use cilantro. It is even better after it sits overnight after cooking. - 5/21/13

This was way too hot for me but I will adapt it. I used it yesterday and I will give my neighbour the rest. Then i will start much smaller amounts on the heat because I do need to learn to use these salt free alternatives. I love salt Not sugar. Thanks Pat in Maine. - 5/29/12
