Directions
1 lb lean ground beef or turkey (lower cals and fat)1 egg1/4 cup steel cut oats1 tsp ketchup2 tsp mustard1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp crushed ginger
Mix all ingredients well. Form into loaf. Cook at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve with a big salad!
