Ingredients
1.5 cups of Instant Brown rice2cups Chicken Broth1lb raw peel on shrimp12oz Small sea/bay scallops1 green pepper1 red pepper1 yellow pepper1 cup onion1 cup mushroomseasoning to taste
Directions
Saute' vegs, add rice and chicken broth, water by eye. add shrimp and scallops boil for 5 min, reduce heat and simmer add seasoning
