Wheat Bran Porridge

Ingredients
200ml soya milk3g Splenda (1.5 tbsp)20g wheat bran
Directions
Mix the Splenda and wheat bran together in a bowl. Pour in the milk. Stir well and put in the microwave for 1 minute.

Remove and stir the mixture. Let it sit for a minute to allow the wheat bran to soak.

Once thickened put back in the microwave for a further 1 minute.

Serve and enjoy.
