Black Bean Loaf

Ingredients
Quinoa, cooked, 1 cup Beans, black, 1 Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Garlic, 4 clove Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original Soy Flour, 3 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
Directions
Drain and rinse black beans, then transfer to large mixing bowl and mash. Add remaining ingredients. Press into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour.
