Chicken Lettuce Wraps (Dukan & Low Carb Friendly)

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes1 cup water chestnut slices, cut in half1 cup bamboo shoots, cut in half1 onion, chopped 1 teaspoon minced garlic1 head butter (Boston) lettuceStir Fry Sauce1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar6 shakes ground ginger
Directions
Prepare the stir fry sauce by mixing all together in a small bowl.
Spray Pam on a wok or large frying pan & heat on high heat.
Sauté onion, then add chicken breasts.
Add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots & garlic.
Add the stir fry sauce to the pan and sauté the mixture for a couple minutes then serve it in the lettuce"cups" (each leaf).
