Ingredients
1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. onion powder1/4 tsp. liquid smoke3 Tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium1/4 cup Splenda1 tsp. red pepper flakes1 lb. very lean ground beef
Directions
Use a hamburger press to press out a heaping Tbsp. very thin. Add to food dehydrator tray. It takes about 4-8 hrs. Keep eye on it and when it gets to the amount of dryness you prefer, remove and blot oil off all side. Store in ziplock bag.
