couscous, chicken and squash salad

Ingredients
1 can Cannellini beans, rinsed well and drained1 cup cooked couscous2 oz cooked chicken breast1 tbsp yellow curry sauce1/4 can yellow corn1 acorn squash cooked and diced finely1 serrano pepper chopped finely1 tbsp red onion chopped finely2 tbsp cilantro rinsed and chopped finely1 tbsp fresh lemon juicepinch of salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
