boiled parsley potatoes

Ingredients
1/2 pound of new potatoes scrubbed2 tblsp unsalted butter1 tsp onion salt1 tsp garlic powder1 tablespoon dried parsley1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
scrub new potatoes & cut out bad spots half or quarter pending size of potato - boil in a large sauce pan in salted water until done - about 25 mins.

Stir in butter, seasonings until coated - serve as a side dish
