Interchangeable Bean Sriracha Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 Red Onions, Chopped1 lb lean ground turkey1 large (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes1 large (28 oz) can beans - I used pinto2 each small (14 or 15 oz) cans other beans - I use butter, kidney, blackeyed peas, navy, garbanzo, or black.Yellow, orange, or red bell pepper.Spices to taste or:2 tablespoons garlic powder1 tablespoon sriracha sauce1 tablespoon chili powder1 tablespoon oregano2 tsp salt2 tsp cumin2 tsp paprika2 tsp chipotle chili pepper1 tsp cayenne pepperBrown turkey, onions, and bell pepper. Add all other ingredients and simmer several hours. Best served heated up next day.
Directions
Brown turkey, onions, and bell pepper in large pot. Add all other ingredients and simmer several hours, or in a crock pot. Add sriracha last so you don't smoke yourself out.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 1 1/2 cup big bowl servings!
