Rumbamel's Homemade Pasta Salad

-8 oz Ronzoni, Smart Taste pasta, I like spaghetti noodles, thin (pre-cooked weight)-12-15 Cherry tomatoes halved or quartered-5.75 oz sweet red bell pepper diced-1/2 C diced onion, I used yellow this time-2.5 C diced cucumber w/the peel-20 large black olives quartered-1/4 C grated parmesan cheese-1/4 C Aldi's Fit and Active Red. fat Italian dressing
---Cook your pasta and drain and rinse it well in cool water.
---In a large bowl mix your peppers, onions, cucumbers, black olives and dressing. Toss with the pasta and then sprinkle the cheese on top. You can mix in the cheese if you like or keep it on top.
---Makes about 6 servings of 1 C each.
---Enjoy!!
