Ingredients
Beef broth, 4 cupBeef chuck, 12 oz*Soy Sauce, .5 cupGinger, ground, 1 tbspBroccoli, fresh, 1 bunchOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic powder, 1 tbspRice Noodles, 2 cup
Directions
slice the carrots, onion, and broccoli stems. cut the rest of the broccoli into bite size peices.thin slice the beef and trim any extra fat off. put the beef broth soy sauce, ginger, garlic and veggies into the crock pot. brown off the beef on med high heat then add it to the veggies. cook for 2 hours on high or up to 8 hours on med. cook noodles as directed then add it to the veggie beef mix
