Choco's Chocolate Swirls

Ingredients
24 Tablespoons Hershey's unsweetened Baking Cocoa1 can (14 oz) fat free sweetened condensed milk8 Tablespoons SmartBalance butter substitute1/2 cup finely chopped pecans3 sheets of Phyllos dough
Directions
Prepare Phyllo dough: Place one sheet on counter or board and brush lightly with melted SmartBalance or spray lightly with spray oil. Add a second sheet and repeat. Place third sheet on top but do nothing to it.

Melt 8 Tablespoons of SmartBalance in medium pan, add condensed milk and cocoa and stir until well blended. Spread evenly on top of dough in the center leaving half to one inch free along sides. Sprinkle with pecans.

Roll into log and fold the two ends under pressing together with fingers. If needed can brush or spray ends to make a better seal.

Bake in preheated 450 F oven on lightly sprayed non-stick baking sheet until golden brown, approx. 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and allow to cool
on a sheet of waxed paper.

Cut off folded dough ends and discard. Thinly slice 16 or more swirls. Store in air-tight container such as tupperware lined in waxed paper with waxed paper between each layer until ready to serve.
