*Arrowhead Mills Organic, Spelt, Wholegrain Flour, 2.33 cup**Truvia (Zero Cal Stevia) 1 packet, 1 serving Half and Half Cream, 1.33 cupBaking Powder, 4.5 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 medium *Almond Milk, Blue Diamond, Unsweetened, Vanilla, .33 cupWater, tap, .66 cup (8 fl oz)
sift together flour,baking powder,xylitol and salt..set aside. In med bowl whisk eggs,half and half,almond milk, and water until blended.
make a well in the center of dry ingredients pour wet ingredients into the well and stir until just combined. heat a large skillet over med heat. Add about 1/3 cup of batter per pancake and cook until golden brown and bubbly. flip over and cook about 45 seconds more. Repeat
