Fiber filled sweet potato biscuits

2.5 cups Fiber One Pancake mix1 cup cooked, mashed, and cooled sweet potatoes1/3 cup butter, room temp1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk2 packets calorie-free sweetner of your choice1 teaspoon 7-spice powder
Preheat to 450.
Mix all ingredients gently and minimally. I stir all wet ingredients together first and then combine with the mix. Sprinkle board with a little extra pancake mix. Form dough into a ball, coat with mix. Fold dough carefully 3 times. Pat dough down to 1/2" thickness. Cut with ring.
Bake on silpat for 10-12 minutes.
