Taco Cups

Ingredients
1# ground chicken1 pkg. taco seasoning.5 c. refried beans1 c. salsa.5 light sour cream.75 c. shredded mexican cheese mix6 jumbo black olives, choppedguacomole or 1 avocado mashed with some salsa
Directions
brown ground chicken with taco seasoning. Spray muffin tins and put 2 wonton wrappers in each cup, juxtaposed to cover. Add 2 spoonsful meat mixture. Top with 1 spoonful refried beans. Top with another wonton wrapper. Add another spoon of meat mixture. Top with cheese, divided among cups. BAKE at 350 degrees for 15-18 min. Serve with sour cream, guacomole, and black olives on top.
