Ingredients:West Creek Clam Juice, 1 cup (remove)Scallions, raw, 6 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Egg white, 3 serving (remove)*Gensoy Cheddar Cheese Soy Crisps, 2 serving (remove)*Crab meat, 8 oz (remove)
Directions
Heat clam juice on stove add scallions and celery. Simmer until veggies are crisp soft. Remove and cool liquid. Crush the soy crisps into crumbs, add crab meat
to the crumbs, combine with the liquid.
