Ravioli Skillet

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 oz prosciutto, diced3/4 cup green bell pepper, diced3 cups spaghetti sauce3/4 cup water1 bag frozen ravioli, 25 oz.1 cup mozarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Cook turkey, prosciutto, and pepper until meat is no longer pink. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Add ravioli, lower heat, cover, and simmer for 7-9 minutes until ravioli is tender. Remove lid and sprinkle chesse on top. Simmer uncovered until cheese is melted.
Makes 8 servings.
