Tart Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cups chopped romaine or Spring Mix from the grocery store1/2 cup mandarin oranges1 Tbsp dried mixed berries3 oz. boneless skinless chicken (I use a George Foreman grill but you can just cook it on the stove if you prefer)salt and/or pepper to taste2 Tbsp. Kraft Free Caeser Italian Fat Free Dressing
Directions
Grill the chicken if you have the resources (i.e. grill outside or a George Foreman grill), if not then cook on the stove. Cut into small pieces and put on top of the bed of lettuce. Add oranges, berries and the dressing. Enjoy!
