Baked Frittata

Ingredients
5 Eggs1/4 Cup Milk1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Pepper1 Cup Filling
Directions
What do you want in your frittata? Some good choices for the filling include bacon, ham, chicken, onion, tomato, asparagus, and spinach. Feel free to be creative. Once you decide on your filling preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dice your filling ingredients. Break the eggs into a bowl and add the milk, salt, and pepper. Wisk vigorously to incorporate as much air as possible. Fold in half of the cheese and all the filling. Pour into a glass pie pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into wedges to serve. For added fun dice up some fresh cilantro and mix with some sour cream. Dollop the sour cream mixture on your frittata slices. Enjoy.
