meatless spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
Ingredients:Yves Italian Veggie Ground Round, 1 serving (remove)Carrots, raw, 200 grams (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 100 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 100 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 100 grams (remove)Red Wine, 2 fl oz (remove)Tomato Sauce, 100 grams (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Saute vegetables in two tablespoons of olive oil......once they are softened, add the "ground beef", with a splash of red wine and finally add the tomato sauce and let the recipe simmer to your taste.....I also added about a cup of water.....
