Strawberry Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients
1 organic ready made spelt pie crust (or whole wheat)1 cup strawberries, halved1 cup diced rhubarb1/3 cup flour3/4 cup xylitol2 medium eggs
Directions
Pre-heat oven 350. Wash and cut up strawberries and rhubarb. Beat eggs, add sugar, spices and flour and mix well. Add strawberries & rhubarb, mix. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake 50 minutes at 350.
