Chicken Livers with onions and peppers

4 Chicken Livers1 tbsp flour1/4 cup peppers1/4 cup onionsMrs. Dash to taste preference
Directions
flour the livers very lightly. I add a very small amount of water to the bad of livers and flour, thus making a light gravy. Then place in a hot skillet which has been sprayed with PAM.
