rice date pudding

Ingredients
3 egg whites1 egg1 1/2 cup milk1/4 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla\2/3 cup brown rice1/3 cup chopped datespinch of nutmeg
Directions
Beat the egg whites, egg, milk, sugar, vanilla until foamy
Add rice dates

put into butter dish and place dish in water and put into a 325 oven for 45 minutes. When a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean it is cooked.
