Summer Style Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Cook your chicken in your favorite seasoned water. Cool, then shred into tiny strips. Whip the block of room temperature cream cheese and fold in mayo. Add this mixture to the shredded chicken with toasted almonds, cranraisins, chopped celery, and salt and pepper to taste. If you need more moisture, you can add some of the pineapple juice.
Directions
Cook the chicken breasts in a seasoned broth. Cool, then shred. Add other ingredients.
