Spanish Rice

Ingredients
*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup Chunky Salsa, 1 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Water, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
In a large saucepan brown rice in olive oil. After browned add water and salsa. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 25 min.

Add water as needed if gets too dry
