Elaine's Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 c brown rice2 c water1 tsp hot pepper saucepinch cayenneKnorr chicken bouillon cubegarlic salt - good sprinkle to max of 1/4 tsp1/4 c fresh red pepper, diced1 c fresh tomato, diced
Directions
mix first 6 ingredients together and bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes or more until rice is tender and water is absorbed. Add pepper and tomato and mix well and let sit for 5 minutes.
