FAYE'S TOSSED GREEN SALAD

Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, large Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia) DICEDCarrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2") SHREDDED WITH PEELERCucumber , 1 small (6-3/8" long) CUT IN 1/2 LONG WAYS THEN SLICE THINLY

BREAK LETTUCE IN SEAL-ABLE BOWL. WASH CUCUMBER AND TOMATOES VERY GOOD, DICE MED SIZE. CUCUMBER CUT IN 1/2 LONG WAYS, THEN SLICE THINLY. PEAL THE CARROT 1ST THEN CUT ENDS OFF THEN USE THE POTATO PEALER AND SHED THE WHOLE CARROT INTO THE SALAD. MIX WELL. COVER AND KEEP IN LOW DRAWER IN FRIDGE.

Serving Size: I MAKE UP A BIG BOWL SO IT WILL ALWAYS BE HANDIE BUT NOT TOO MUCH THAT IT WILL GET SOGGY BEFORE I USE I ALL UP.
